Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Patient responsibility amounts may change after claims are processed by the insurance company. Patient’s are responsible for their deductible, coinsurance, co-pays or services deemed patient responsible by the plan. KDCC submits beyond our contracted rates to ensure proper timely processing of claims by the insurance policy.
