(Ages 18+): The focus is on you! Schedule a one-on-one session with your counselor to create new coping skills, improve communication skills, overcome stress, and celebrate your growth. Sessions are scheduled based on your individual goals and desires; this is your journey-we are here to walk beside you!
(Ages 5-17): Tailored to fit your child’s individual needs including, but not limited to, identifying & expressing emotions in a healthy manner, dealing with grief or sudden loss, and building strong interpersonal relationships.
Centered around a group of individuals (three to ten) who share a common problem or goal with counselor direction. Provides opportunities for peer-to-peer feedback, support, and team building exercises. Group sessions begin at 90 minutes, with longer sessions available based on group needs. Couples Therapy & Marriage Counseling
Every couple is unique, and your counseling sessions should be that way too. Whether you are preparing to walk down the aisle or you’ve already taken the leap, we help strengthen communication and help you resolve conflict in your relationship. We are here to guide you in building a stronger bond, together.
All sessions begin at 50-minute increments with extensions approved based on the client’s needs. We also offer Gottman Couples Counseling at a Self-pay rate.

IASIS Technology: MICROCURRENT NEUROFEEDBACK
Now Available in Houston, Texas. IASIS MCN is a type of neurofeedback therapy that uses microcurrent stimulation to the nervous system to create a temporary change in brainwaves. This allows for the delicate release of stuck patterns and disentrains the brain where needed. IASIS MCN is FDA-registered and has been shown to be safe and effective in clinical trials for a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and chronic pain.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions (e.g. thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes) and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems. Originally, it was designed to treat depression, but its uses have been expanded to include treatment of a number of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, OCD, and phobias.
